Shipping & Returns


We use Canada Post and USPS via Chit Chats for shipping. 

There are 3 options to choose from:

1. *STANDARD shipping - 5-7 business days to Canada and US; 6-12 weeks International*

2. EXPEDITED  - Xpresspost / Tracked Packet - 3-7 business days to Canada & US only


COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING ON ORDERS $200+ applies to Canada and USA only. No code needed.

- Standard shipping to the US comes with a tracking number but it does not include insurance.

- Standard shipping to International does not come with tracking or insurance. *If you select this option, and your merchandise is lost in the mail, I am unable to provide a refund.* For peace of mind, I highly recommend choosing the Tracked Packet Int'l option at this time.

- You are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. I am not able to mark orders as gifts.

- Pearadise Island is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

- Transit times do not include processing time of 5-7 business days for ready to ship items and 1-2 weeks for pre-orders.

PLEASE NOTE: Most carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID. Please contact the carriers directly once you've received a shipping notification as I will have no further updates than what they provide.



As I design and handcraft each bag, I do so with careful attention to detail. I do my very best to provide quality products you will love and I want you to be happy with your purchase. If however, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. I will gladly accept returns.

Item must be in its original packaging and must come with a receipt. Unfortunately, I am unable to refund shipping charges and you are responsible for shipping the item back to me. A refund will be processed after inspection of goods. 

All pre-orders/custom-made items are non-refundable as they are cut and printed specifically for you. 

All sale items are final.
