Leather - Sustainability

Our premium vegetable-tanned leather is sourced from a tannery in Tuscany, Italy.

No animal is killed for its skin. The raw hides used has been destined from the outset to the food sector, creating value from by-products already destined to the food industry. 

The tannery was founded in 1974. It is a member of Italian Vegetable Tanned Vera Leather Consortium, which exists to guarantee the quality of the raw material and workmanship of vegetable tanneries in the Tuscan region. Read the manifesto:
